RETURNS & REFUNDS
Personalized items are non-refundable, even if you make a mistake, so please triple check everything is perfect before placing your order!
To request a return, please follow the below steps:
- Please login to your account or click on this link.
- A code will be sent to your email address - enter this code to verify it's you!
- In your account you will see past orders, click on the order that you wish to return.
- In the top right hand corner click on 'request return'.
- When you click on 'request return' it will open the returns page where you can select the reason for return. Please select one of the reasons from the drop-down menu.
- You can then add optional, additional notes to help us deal with your return request.
- On the right hand side click on 'request return'.
- You will then be brought to a page that will tell you your return has been requested. We will receive this request, review it and action it.
- You will be emailed further information to then return your items specific to your country of ordering.
We’ll then refund you as soon as the return has been received. We’re unable to provide free returns for unwanted items or incorrect selections so please choose carefully when shopping.
